* Students must receive Coast Guard mandated scores on each section's test.
**Students applying for OUPV and Master's Credentials with the Coast Guard are subject to all requirements of the Coast Guard.
*** Students with Chronic Medical Conditions or Limiting Physical Conditions must meet the Coast Guards Medical Review, and Pass a Medical Examination which meets the National Maritime Center and the Coast Guard's Requirements.
Texas Boat's Exchange, The Capt. School, makes no guarantee of a student's ability or physical fitness to receive the OUPV, Assistance Towing or Master's Credential as The NMC and the Coast Guard are the regulatory agency that must approve each student to receive their credential.
